·     Clients recognize they need to improve communication throughout the organization and also how they respond to various matters externally.  Michael conducts a workshop that leads the client through the steps of developing a simple “issues guide”.  This gives clients a step-by-step roadmap to doing a much better job of communicating internally with their own staff and externally with important stakeholders.

Public Speaking Coaching

·     Many experienced executives are highly competent but for any number of reasons are not comfortable speaking in public.  Michael does a great deal of one-on-one public speaking coaching, helping clients take simple steps to alleviate their anxiety and build on their own native skills.

Media awareness and media training

·     Even in this sophisticated media age, some organizations want help in better understanding how and why the media operates as it does.  Michael has conducted hundreds of workshops on media awareness and media skills development.

·     Social media presents opportunities—and risks— and Michael is called upon to provide insight for clients.

·     Often, corporate clients look to Michael for his well-honed writing skills, notably to help with sensitive announcements.

Easy Accessibility

·     While Michael hosts seminars and workshops on a regular basis, a lot of his advisory work in this day and age is done via telephone, e-mail and Skype.
